I went with a family member to look at the facility and talk to the administrator with questions concerning the application packet. We were greeted with the biggest smile and offered coffee and water as we wait. EVERYONE is kind, upbeat and courteous. You feel like you've mwt new friends when you walk in. AH-MAZING place!

The moment I set foot into the facility I felt the atmosphere of love expressed! It just was so evident in the receptionist and social worker and director and staff. My friend who is residing there feels it too. The best Nursing home I have walked into. I have visited several in the last few years. A loving caring staff and a caring, compassionate director is such a gift to the residents and also to everyone working there! Much gratitude to all! Christine

This is a slum facility. I had my dad and they neglected him stopped feeding him and giving him liquids. He was on an I V to dehydrate him. The social worker Laren will lie to you and tell you that your love is fine and are not. All they want to do with difficult patients is put them on hospice to end them. The aides are slum not all of them but you would know who they are once you look at them. They are horribly unprofessional. Do not trust the social workers. They dont care about your love ones. Especially Laren.

Harrison Terrace has been a lifeline for my Mother. When she arrived we were not sure she would live very long. With her excellent care team, her recovery has been remarkable. She is thriving at Harrison Terrace and tells me "this is my house" every time I visit her. Seeing her smiling, happy, and loving her nurses has made all the difference in her quality of life (what she can remember and her new memories). Mom's care team know her needs, her personality and have gone above and beyond to ensure she is comfortable and secure. Living in another state has made it necessary for me to be able to communicate clearly and meet with Mom's care team when I'm not there visiting. It is a true blessing to know her care team personally and have the ability to speak with them, especially when there is a specific need or request. Harrison Terrace has been a true answer to prayer for our family and my Mother's specific needs.
