The experience was excellent right from the beginning. When I called the customer service was top notch. The gentleman I spoke to listened to my needs and understood my reluctance to have someone I didn’t know come into my home. Before hanging up I was looking forward to whomever was going to be assigned to me. He reassured me that all staff is screened thoroughly. And I must say it is a perfect match. The young lady is very punctual, has an ID and explained who she was and exactly what she would be doing for me. She has such a positive attitude, she listens to what I need and sometimes she even anticipates what I need before I even tell her. She is so kind and has such a warm personality. I look forward her visits.
