Love this facility! Entire staff is professional, competent and compassionate. All your living needs can be covered here, from independent garden apartments to assisted living, to memory care and hospice. They treat the residents like family members. Total dignity and respect.

I had a great experience while my father lived at Traditions at Reagan Park. Indi is great in her role as the Executive Director and we were very fortunate to have Fikirte as my dad's nurse. But it was not just these two, we had a great experience with everyone on staff. They kept going out of their way to get dad engaged and active. I am very thankful that we chose this assisted living community!

Clean, safe & secure. Located between 2 excellent hospitals. Less than a mile east from IU West, and a few more miles west (& North) is Hendricks Regional Health.<br>We experienced the Transition from Assisted living to Memory care and it went so smoothly and drama free. Twice Traditions facilitated and partnered with Hospice services for our end of life needs.<br>They accommodate your desire to personalize the living space of your loved ones. This is not rehab. But they will recommend rehab needs, and you will contract with a provider to visit your loved one, reducing the complications/risks of transporting to appointments.<br>They are caring. They establish relationships with their residents and with you/family.<br>For us, it provided a "home" for our parents who were no longer safe living independently in their final years. What a relief it was.

I was visiting my parent, on multiple occasions I have noticed the facility being nasty, the support from the ED & DO (Indy & Shannon) useless my parent complained about the care one time & as I was leaving I over heard the staff informing Indy of my parent complaint instead of her having empathy she had a smart reply (If they are unhappy they can move what a way to reply considering as long as my parent has been there I have noticed a revolving door with their staff! If patients are not happy and employees notice after they report patient & family concerns if there is nothing being done how do then the retention rate of patients & employees in turn over will remain high, because Shannon not worth crap either I’ve witnessed her as well with pushing her work on her staff! If you can’t do the job the field is not for them, if I could it would No Stars given
