Office staff is rude and couldn’t care less about employees. They have no empathy for anyone but claim to be flexible. They also do not offer raises of more than a few cents even if you’ve been with them for a while. Many other places out there that pay better and treat their employees better. All about money is what it seems like.

Our care pros, Stephanie, Jeanette and Betsy (Elizabeth) are all wonderful and have taken such heartfelt and professional care of my husband and I. I don’t know how we’d have made it through the past months without their help

The staff I interact with at Indy-West are so helpful. Any time we have a need they are immediately responsive, and I love referring my members to their team! Recently we had a fundraiser related to one of our seniors, and not only did Tammy offer her assistance after hours, she brought her whole family to support our event! I love how much this office loves the community they support. Keep it up!

I'm involved with Home Instead with my "adopted" dad. We have been using this service now for about four weeks. It is a service I can recommend if you are looking to keep your loved ones in their homes. There are some great care givers available, and the office staff is great to work with.

I can't begin to adequately describe what Home Instead services have meant to our family! Mom's main caregivers, Jane and Barbara, have provided consistent, caring assistance that has not only allowed Mom to stay in her home, but they have become a part of our family. They routinely go above and beyond to provide the outstanding care that we have come to rely upon. The Home Instead West Indy location's office staff is also outstanding, and their friendly, helpful information is always appreciated as is their after hours on-call person, if needed. Throughout the pandemic, they worked tirelessly to recruit and retain staff, providing substitute caregivers when necessary. Mom has been using Home Instead's services for over five years, and we have never been disappointed. If you are looking for home care services, we would highly recommend them!
