I have been a resident of envive location at 45 beach way indianapolis and I've been here 4 months. They keep the room clean daily. They provide good food and snacks around 8 pm daily. Weekly help for residence is active and arrive to a room promptly. The wound care and therapy teams work well.with being condescending I like them. I'm very happy with my long-term stay here. Overall I recommend the rehab facility to anyone who needs the care. No rehab facility is perfect but the 2.8 starts is way off this place under the new management is 4.8 stars.

I wouldn't send grandma here, but it's a fun place to live if you're younger and you smoke cigarettes. They let you go outside to hang out and have smoke breaks, which is very nice. They have extremely poor ratings in every category by<br>US World News and Report: They are a Special Focus Candidate:<br>For at least one month between August 2023 and July 2025, this facility had a documented pattern of poor care & was being closely monitored by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. You can learn everything you need to know about the facility from there. My personal experience as a resident here has been bitter sweet over the last six years I've been here. The building itself has been exquisitely remodeled on the interior by the new company who, after acquiring the place, spent hundreds of thousands, possibly more, replacing the entire roof on the outside and, on the interior, tearing out the moldy carpet and replacing it with light colored wood designed luxury vinyl planks, painted the walls with more contemporary and<br>beautiful colors, replaced the old fluorescent hospital lighting, wooden guard rails on the walls, the baseboard moulding, and added contemporary artwork and furniture, among other things. Basically, they took an old structure that would have likely been condemned in less than a year because the roof was leaking into the ceiling, getting on the beds, and causing the ceiling panels and drywall to mold and cave in. They gutted the entire inside and likely saved the place from having to close, displacing over a hundred residents. Giving credit where it's due, they did fantastic job on that. I'll go with the saying that if you don't have anything nice to say, then don't say anything at all about some of the care, some management, certain conditions, and many other things. I was a short term stay here due to amputation in 2023. The place was under renovations at the time. They were understaffed, but the things I had seen and heard during my stay were not acceptable. I do hope and pray for the residents at this location as well as the very few staff members who were truly there got the residents not just the paychecks. I pray the good Lord my God keeps them safe until He comes for us to return home. I had met some amazing residents and a few amazing staff here. I truly do thank them and as for the ill in mind and heart I pray for you all.
