Don’t leave your family in this place! My mom was sent her for rehab after breaking her leg. She was noted as a fall risk and when our family was present, she pressed the nurse button for assistance to get back into her bed. Over an hour later, no one showed up. Today, we arrived to take her home but upon arriving we found her to be sitting in a soiled bed and she had puked on her herself. No assistance or care in the world by the staff. Find another place, otherwise you will regret it like we did!

From the very first day, I was treated with compassion, patience, and respect by every single person here. The nurses and LPNs were absolutely wonderful. They were always attentive, professional, caring, and quick to help whenever I needed anything. They made me feel comfortable, safe, and truly cared for during a difficult time in my recovery. I also want to recognize the PT and OT staff for all of their hard work and encouragement. Their dedication, knowledge, and positive attitude helped me regain strength and confidence every day. They pushed me when I needed motivation and celebrated every bit of progress with me, which meant more than words can say. The food staff and everyone behind the scenes also deserve recognition. The meals were very good, and the staff was always friendly, respectful, and accommodating. It’s clear that teamwork and compassion are important throughout the entire facility. What stood out most to me was how every employee, no matter their position, treated residents with dignity and kindness. You can truly feel that the people here care about what they do and about the people they serve. Thank you all for making my recovery experience such a positive one. I am deeply grateful for the care, support, and encouragement I received, and I would highly recommend this facility to anyone needing rehabilitation or nursing care.

My mother was there till passing in January, we couldn't have been more pleased. It was the cleanest facility we have every been in. And the nurses and care givers were great we couldn't have been happier with there work. They took great care of mom.

Today I went to the check outline and it was card only , I only had cash at the moment. Nikki stepped in and was so polite she help me right away , her smile and manners were outstanding . She suspended the order and got me set up at a cash register she even got me to sign up to get a Lowe’s reward card lol .after she she explained the benefits of having it , points and the rewards I couldn’t deny having it . I usually tell the cashiers no and that’s the end of the transaction. 10/10 on customer service

Placement at Envive was based on it being a four star company. However, once here we question that high rating. Perhaps those who gave that rating were able to go to the restroom and dining room on their own. We are seeing food delivered to the rooms cold and lacking flavor. Patients physical needs being reduced to a schedule. Waiting may not be an issue for someone who isn't cognizant enough to recognize when they are sitting in wet or soiled undergarments. For those who depend on others to help with bedpans or undergarments it's humiliating and uncomfortable to wait 20, 40, 60 minutes or more to be helped or cleaned up. We would not have considered this location if we had known the problems they would have in care giving of our loved one. Response to Envive: We did reach out to the Social Worker at the Beech Grove location. She assured us that she would speak with the nurse and things would improve. They didn't. Evidently since Envive was sold last year procedures and care have changed.
