Berlene my caregiver is dependable. She willing assist with bathing, grooming, hair, makeup, dressing and other ADLs. She respect my privacy and home. I rate her a A plus. Having my eldery father move-in after my mom passed was a difficult adjustment. We both work full-time and needed someone dependable, that we could trust. Joy has been, well… a JOY! She arrives on time, ready with activities for her and dad to do together. He doesn't have to feel alone and we are so grateful. Thank you Home Instead for bringing “Joy” into his life.
