I’ve been visiting a friend at this facility. He never got his meds on time (pain meds) and if he asked for them they accused him of drug seeking! Well idk buddy let’s scrape the skin off of your foot all the way to the bone and see if you might want a pain pill! Then when asked about his meds were told they were destroyed since he wasn’t in his room. Yall know that’s a lie the nurses in there are the ones drug seeking!!! Charging the state for different food items he want getting if they feed him at all it was in dirty dishes! I honestly wouldn’t out my dog in this place! It should be shut down! ZERO STARS FOR THIS DUMP!

Rehab to Home Nursing is Top Notch ! Therapy Department are Great at what they do. Staff at this facility know how to take care of the type of resident they recieve. Building always smells nice and is clean. Great Doctor, Great Psych NP, Great Wound Care Team, Social Workers are kind and helpful. Knowledgeable and caring, ED and DNS, once Reginal Directors. I can't say enough or all I would like to say about the Staff at this building.
