Being at rosegate has been the worst experience of my entire life. It's an employee versus residents constant battle to get care. On the weekends you can expect call 🚨 lights to take an hour to get a response even if its an emergency. Last night the hallway was lit up all the way to the desk with lights on being ignored. I have taken videos to prove being abused by roommates and the employees. Filing grievance forms is a waste because they change reality to fit their narrative and instead of being the victim you are the troublemaker. I HAVE TO RECORD MY DISCUSSIONS WITH MANAGEMENT. I WILL BE TELLING THE WORLD ABOUT THE ABUSIVE SITUATIONS THAT HAPPEN EVERY DAY. If you love your family member don't let them live here. There are some good employees and I'm polite and thankful for the ones who don't see us as a burden to have to deal with. It's a consensus with people I'm friends with here that we're victimized by living here. I've had roommates I recorded cursing me and videos of a roommate who actually got in my closet and opened Amazon packages and put them on his bed while he was naked and drenched in his own urine. The next roommate tried attacking me punching the curtain between us and trying to pull it down while cursing at me. I ACCUSE THEM OF NOT KEEPING ME SAFE. Keep your own family member safe and stay away from this awful nursing home.

If I could give Rosegate’s rehab program zero stars, I would. My family member was supposed to receive five weeks of antibiotics and rehabilitation after a roughly two months stay in the hospital. Rosegate prematurely discontinued his antibiotics after two weeks, and discharged him. The “social worker” was less than helpful during the appeals and discharge processes, and she did not return calls when messages were left for her during his stay. He was ultimately admitted back into the hospital six days later, due to the same, unhealed infection, and it turns out that Rosegate removed the pic line he needed to receive his cancer treatments prior to discharge. His oncologist reassured us that there were clear orders that the pic line was to remain intact. I had to frequently clean his room and change his bedding, otherwise they’d leave him laying in filth. The nurses frequently dumped urine into the bathroom sinks despite the fact there was a toilet five feet away, and several nurses would ignore his calls for help when family could not be there to assist. He once asked when he was supposed to receive his medication, and the nurse replied “YOU’LL GET THEM WHEN I GIVE THEM TO YOU”. She only changed her tone after my sister popped out and made her aware that she was in the room. Overall, while there were a handful of incredibly kind people, I would not recommend you sending your loved one here.

There's stuff there has safety and well-being of their guests and tenants at the very forefront of their day-to-day operations. I can't say enough good things about these people. There was a time I came in to see my mother and they had a fall belt around her and were helping her so she would not fall. I did not encourage her to try to do too much by herself without assistance, that works regularly with the rehabilitation team to build her strength back up. Nothing bad about this place at all, good staff, good management, great facility directors. From my heart thank you all for what you're doing and have done, for me and my mother.
