You only get one chance to make a first impression and Greenwood Meadows blew it with my dad today. I went to visit him for the first time and the person taking care of him was 100% clueless. He can’t walk very well (hence why is there for rehab) so he needs assistance getting to the bathroom. From the time we hit his button until I left was 15 minutes. She still had not taken him. She said she had to get a wheel chair and one was folded next to his door. Then she had to leave the room to get something or someone because she couldn’t get him into the wheelchair alone. I could possibly overlook this except for the complete lack of urgency of the woman. She did not seem to be an a hurry or to actual care. This is very disappointing. I’m honestly very concerned over the care he is going to receive tonight without us there. I’m honestly concerned he is going to lay in pee and poop all night at the rate things went tonight. My mother, brother, and I will be following up on this tomorrow. I do not recommend this place for your family member if you’re considering putting them here. My dad will probably not be there long himself if this is the level of care he will receive. I will continue to post reviews daily while he is in the facility. People should know the level of care their loved ones will receive before admitting them.

Staff was amazing and super friendly any time I went to visit my grandmother. They were able to accommodate her and all of her needs when she needed it the most. Environment was clean and spacious. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking into long term care.
