Rosegate Commons

Rosegate Commons is a senior living community located on the South Side of Indianapolis, Indiana, offering Garden Homes, Assisted Living Apartments, Respite Care, and Outpatient Therapy. The community emphasizes a caring, family-like atmosphere, aiming to be an extension of residents' families and to help them find answers, solutions, and peace of mind.

The Garden Homes are designed for seniors who want the freedom to come and go while still enjoying the amenities and social opportunities of an active senior living community. These homes are available through a private monthly rental arrangement and offer maintenance-free living, including interior and exterior upkeep, free trash and snow removal. Residents also benefit from a Resident Council that gives them a voice in daily community operations.

Assisted Living residents live in private, safe, and personalized apartments while having access to a social environment with friendly neighbors and a variety of activities and events. The community accepts private funds, long-term care insurance, and Veterans Aid and Attendance to help cover costs.

Respite care services are available for those who need short-term care for elderly loved ones, giving family caregivers the chance to travel, work, recover from illness, or pursue other interests. Staff assess each respite guest's needs and can accommodate extended care if a short stay requires more comprehensive support.

Outpatient Therapy at the community offers a personalized, clinically-driven approach to health, combining trained therapists with current technologies. Treatments focus on increasing mobility, reducing inflammation and pain, and are coordinated with residents' physicians, including physician-approved interventions for post-operative orthopedic and other procedures.

To ease the transition into the community, a Transition Specialist with design experience provides a free in-home consultation, helping residents plan their move, decide which belongings to bring, and coordinate with movers through move-in day. Rosegate Assisted Living also partners with Access Mobility to provide affordable mobility and accessibility solutions for residents.
