Country Charm is one of the best in Greenwood! The staff have worked so hard over the last 2 years to make it a safe, warm, and caring environment for the residents. The ED, Angie, goes above and beyond for the facility, staff and residents. Monica, nurse, goes above and beyond for all staff and residents also. Everything about Country Charm is what you should want for your family member!

Country Charm is a beautiful community and just what we are looking for. Lexington was komd enough to show us around and answer all of our questions. We will be moving forward with this community when we are ready!

The Manager Josh was excellent but his staff at the front desk was very unfriendly! Never offered me to go have a seat and wait on the manager or anything. It was the receptionist and a nurse and or MA standing there who were very unfriendly!

I recently visited the facility. I now qualify to leave rehabilitation and need assisted living. I was very impressed with this community. Everyone, both staff and some residents are very warm and welcoming. The facility is just beautiful, especially the small chapel, which I was grateful to see as my faith is very important to me. The rooms are just lovely, and the size is generous. Joshua, who showed me around was very helpful and professional, answering questions I didn't even know I had. I am eager to hear that my path to go live at this facilty is clear!

Rude front office and administration staff and can never keep employees turn around is awful every time I go in it’s just a super weird cold setting very depressing and no one ever knows anything
