The program focuses on maintaining a secure environment where residents have a sense of belonging and meaning, incorporating stimulating daily activities through a Meaningful Day activity program that builds on four domains of wellness.

Long-term care serves those who need assistance with daily tasks and can no longer be cared for at home. Licensed nurses, specially-trained health care aides, and an interdisciplinary care team provide services including physical, occupational, and speech therapies in home-like, secure settings. The community accepts private pay and Medicaid for qualified applicants, with Medicaid specialists available to assist with the application process.

Respite care services provide short-term stays for elderly individuals, allowing home caregivers the opportunity to travel, pursue work, recover from illness or surgery, or attend to other needs. Hospice and palliative care services are available in partnership with local hospice companies, providing skilled nursing care, pain management, spiritual and bereavement counseling, medical equipment and supplies, and social services.
