My step dad is there. Its horrible. No one speaks, staff is very rude. The bathroom is always disgusting. Poop all over the floor. Room dirty. Aides never around when you need them to be. Place is horrible. Def cant wait until he leaves and filling a formal complaint. Definitely disappointed in the level of care.

I am a pretty understanding patient person but we made the decision to put my dad in this facility. He can’t walk and is in the last stages of Parkinson’s. This was such a hard decision and when my mom toured the facility we were confident that this would be good, well that was the worse decision we ever made we didn’t keep him there a full night. The hospital sent him over by ambulance, we met him there, after 20 minutes waiting to even be acknowledged someone said that he was down the hall, they left him in the hallway with no one there while they took someone else’s stuff out. No one spoke to my dad or us barely acknowledged us at all just shoved my dad in the room and left him. No nurses came to talk to us or help know what was going on. We made these arrangements a week before so they should have been ready. The room was filth. My dad is a veteran and should be treated with more respect than that. We tried to give them the benefit of doubt but we went back and got him an hour later and I’m glad we did , he was in a pinch dark room no way for him to ask for help. I am so disappointed in there behavior. They need to do better!!!

Great staff. All the employees are wonderful. They are very Caring of the Residents And their families. I would recommend them to anyone who is needing this type of healthcare as they age.
