Please go elsewhere. I had a friend that was there for Rehab recently..the therapist were absolutely great and I have no complaints about them but everything else was horrible. Long wait times on his call light, left filthy a bunch of days, rude staff members...I was there visiting almost every single day and couldn't wait for him to leave. Gracie was amazing but she didnt seem to have much help. I overheard several staff members talking about how horrible the director is. I think her name is Paige they said. I never got the chance to speak with her after asking staff several times I was told that she doesn't really communicate with families which I think is horrible business. I was told by one of the CNAs that I could fill out a grievance and the nurse might have one. The nurse then told me per the director that families and residents were not allowed to fill these out. Communication throughout his stay was awful. His wife couldn't visit much and asked me to help out with him. They had picked this place due to location but it would definitely be worth it to drive a bit for better care and nicer staff.
