Long-term care is available for those who need assistance with daily tasks due to illness, injury, or frailty, provided under the guidance of an attending physician by licensed nurses and specially trained health care aides. Services include social activities and physical, occupational, and speech therapies aimed at helping residents maintain the highest level of independence possible in home-like, secure settings. The community accepts private pay as well as a variety of payment options, including Medicaid for qualified applicants, with Medicaid specialists available to assist families through the application process.

Respite care offers short-term support for family caregivers who need a break, whether for travel, work, illness recovery, or other personal needs, with the option to extend to longer-term care if required. Hospice and palliative care services are provided in partnership with local hospice companies, offering skilled nursing, respite care, spiritual and bereavement counseling, medical equipment, social services, and pharmacy services through an interdisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, aides, volunteers, social workers, and clergy.

Outpatient therapy services combine personalized, clinically-proven strategies with trained therapists and current technologies to improve mobility and reduce pain, with treatment plans coordinated with residents' physicians.
