We are very happy with The Commons on Meridian. We began our process with them in January, mom moved in in March, and the whole process of us getting familiar with the facility/community, the assessment, mom’s enrollment in memory care and transitioning her in was seamless, smooth and all positive. Everything since then has been great, too. The staff in memory care couldn’t be nicer, more professional and more genuinely caring. Every time I go I interact with the same folks or new ones and everyone always knows about mom and the latest that’s been happening with her. Her apartment is always clean and in order and that is always such a relief bc unfortunately due to mom’s condition it’s easy for things to get out of sorts, quickly. But every time I drop in her room is impeccable - everything clean and in place.

Staff is also kind and attentive enough to proactively call me if/when mom is ever running low on supplies. I do my best to stay ahead of that but sometimes things run out quicker than expected and staff is always there with a friendly, affirming, nonjudgmental prompt. They really care and take their roles and residents’ care seriously.

The whole building is beautiful, well-maintained inside & out, and a pleasure to approach, walk into and through. The women who attend the reception desk are always so welcoming, pleasant and helpful.

I highly recommend The Commons on Meridian. It’s a beautiful facility/home for this stage of mom’s life and the people overseeing and operating it are reliable, professional and very dedicated to their work, the residents and their families.
