I was in the facility 5 weeks. It was made pleasant by the kind and gentle CNA staff and nurses. However the Physical Therapy department was the best I have ever experienced. Tim, Swarna, George, John, and the Director Amanda are the reason I excelled and am able to go home. I looked forward to going to Therapy everyday. They made the atmosphere so welcoming and encouraging. We laughed, and worked hard. They truly cared about my success.

All of the staff was great . The physical therapist encouraged me as well as reassured me . Shellie one of the care takers really made me feel at ease

I would recommend staying away from this facility. Short staffed most of the time. Patients sitting in own waist for 2 to 6 hours depending on the day, weekends and holidays are extremely bad. The food being provided, 95% of it i wouldn't feed to a dog or a homeless person. When you (the patient) complains then Management and some staff members retaliate. (My feelings and opinion) I place an order for some over the counter sleeping aids, and they confiscated them. (Needs doctors ordes) Extremely rare to see or speak with a doctor (only shows up once a week for 2 to 4 hours) Overall if I could find somewhere else to I would.

This is a great location! Staff are caring and residents are well taken care of. Everyone is very compassionate and caring.

Staff is lazy they don't clean didn't pass me out a dinner tray laundry takes a week nurses left me hooked up to the IV for a hr after it was done I pushed the call button no one came it was a hr before I unplugged the machine n went to the hall way they was all sitting down one was just talking on the cell phone worst place to come.thanks for the night shift I told them wat happened and they went out their way n helped me get something to eat the night shift tonight 10/11/25 thank u for helping me and understanding how the day shift did me wrong I really appreciate you guys a lot
