I reached out to HH on a Saturday afternoon in late February 2026 on behalf of my 83 y/o in-laws. I honestly didn’t think I’d get anything more than a voicemail. On the contrary a care manager, Kelsi, picked up! She then spent the next 3 hours guiding me through the process of getting 24/7, in-home assistance in place. (This included all of the necessary paperwork, evaluation information, and Kelsi following up to check on everyone.) My in-laws still have their helpers coming every day (and plan to continue care through May ‘26). They have loved every single “helper” and they tell me that each helper has “a special gift” that’s been shared to make their lives better. (One is a great cook, another likes to run errands for them, etc.) We have fallen in love with Home Helpers, and I genuinely consider Kelsi my friend after all of these many weeks of her managing my in-laws care. We have been so blessed by Home Helpers and highly recommend them.

Home Helpers has been wonderful to work with. The caregivers have all been great with my grandmother, communication is terrific with both the company and the caregivers, they are super reliable and they do their best to be consistent with the same caregivers being with her daily. I cannot recommend them enough!

I called Home Helpers when my husband was in hospice care. He could not be left alone and having a home health aide allowed me to be able to leave the house with confidence that my husband would receive excellent care. The only other option would have been a nursing home and we wanted him to be at home. Both workers who were assigned to me were outstanding. Fabiola was our aide most of the time and was very conscientious, caring and willing to do whatever was needed to help. She was prompt and reliable – never missed a shift in over a month of service. I can highly recommend Home Helpers.

**Truly Exceptional Care and Support!** Home Helpers played an absolutely critical role in my mother’s recovery after surgery, and I can't thank them enough.
