A wonderful facility. My father's care has been exceptional.

Specifically Angela has been instrumental in overseeing my father's well-being and has consistently demonstrated a level of attentiveness and professionalism that has made a meaningful difference in his health and quality of life. In particular, her careful review of his medications and her ability to identify medications that were inappropriate, unnecessary, or no longer relevant have been invaluable. Her diligence and advocacy helped ensure that my father received more appropriate care, resulting in noticeable improvements to his health.

What stands out most is Angela's commitment to treating residents as individuals rather than simply following routines. She takes the time to observe, question, and act when something doesn't seem right. That level of dedication provides tremendous peace of mind to families and contributes greatly to the well-being of those in her care.

-Jennifer

The Director of Assisted Living, Angela, has been fantastic. She has been a genuine partner in the care of my mother in law who is not an easy case. Can’t say enough positive about the assistance, support and encouragement she has provided.

Wellbrooke of Carmel has been a real blessing for my family in their care for my mother. The Wellbrooke staff members are excellent. They are responsive and caring. No question I have asked has gone unanswered and each inquiry has been answered quickly! I would single out specific individuals for special comment but every single person I have dealt with at Welllbrooke of Carmel has been professional, positive and kind. There seems to be a relaxed collegiality among the staff and a calm sense of well-being from the residents. The facility is bright, positive and always active in a purposeful way. Our previous and often negative experiences with another facility has given me a deep sense of appreciation for Wellbrooke of Carmel. I am confident my mother is being well-cared for 🩷

The Director of AL, Angela, she’s #1 in our book! Whether my folks ask her questions or us family members, she truly “hears” and listens. And always is smiling! My mom calls her Angel and whenever Angel asks her something, mom will listen and do! Angela is truly special and amazing! I have watched her with other residents and family members, and she's the same with each of us no matter what, which means she REALLY DOES listen to ALL of us! Kind of blows my mind how perfectly suited for that job she is. Good job, Wellbrooke! We sincerely appreciate all she does for residents AND us family members!!!
