This place is horrible and they don't take pride in their work. I utilized this facility for respite care for my 81 year old father who has severe dementia and requires total care. Luckily, I also paid a family member to visit him 8 hours daily to ensue he received the care he needed and she ended up doing their job in many instances to include feeding, bathing and dressing, changing his brief due to incontinence, and brushing his teeth. One of their nurses aids told her "we don't do all that". If you care about your loved one or you're looking for a place for yourself, LOOK ELSEWHERE AND AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!
I do want to mention one of their employees that, on the day I went to bring my Dad home and of course, despite them ALL knowing the time he was supposed to be ready he still had on yesterday's clothes, wasn't cleaned up or fed, this LPN Sherrell Duncan, who wasn't even assigned to him, came in and bathed and got him ready after EVERYONE else basically told me how they knew he needed to be ready but they continued to sit on their butts at the nurses station. She clearly doesn't fit in there because she's a jewel that wanted to do a great job. Thank a you Sherrell, you're the reason for the 1 star for this TERRIBLE FACILITY!

I give it a one star because there’s nothing less than that. Horrible place. It is clean and well lit, but most of the the staff which includes nursing and physical therapy are uncaring, almost rude, and usually grouchy. My brother came in there on May 4, and they said they didn’t know he was coming, I don’t know if the hospital dropped the ball, but I know it went downhill from there. He wasn’t allowed to bring his oxygen, but they didn’t have any for him yet, they said he had physical therapy on Thursday and Friday, but the man didn’t have dementia, he was totally coherent and and had all his faculties, so when a physical therapist came in on Monday, she came in with both guns blazing and was really snotty and rude, and actually yelling at him. He told her he wasn’t going to argue with her, but he had not had any physical therapy yet. She left the room, came back in a little better mood. The only staff person there that had any compassion, patience, and was actually very nice and a pleasure to see when he came into the room was L. My brother was there for physical therapy, to build up his stamina and make him a little stronger so when he returned home, he could have some quality of life. Sadly, he died on May 17 in this facility, when we left the hospital, my niece decided she was in the frame of mine to stop back by the facility and pick up his things, as they pass the nurses station. My niece saidThe nurse said to her “he looked awfully gray when he left here, Did he make it?” Really? I was there and witnessed all this with the nursing staff and the physical therapist but wasn’t there when the nurse said that to her.. I get it, I know these facilities are understaffed and overworked, but if you’re unhappy in your job, don’t take it out on the patient or their family members find a new line of work. And an added note he died on May 17 and my niece got a bill charging for his room for May 26 to May 31..really?

From the moment you walk through the doors, you can tell the entire team pays incredible attention to detail. The facility is absolutely spotless, beautifully maintained, and has a warm, welcoming energy.
The staff here is professional, sharp, and genuinely cares about the residents, which shows in everything from the cleanliness of the building to how well the residents are cared for. It’s clear that leadership takes massive pride in maintaining high standards across the board. If you are looking for a top-tier care facility that combines a beautiful environment with elite, compassionate service, this is it. Highly recommend!
