Please part with for people ages 55+ with apartments that are average. As with any apartments, rents can be higher than expected. Office staff and maintenance staff are fine. Parking is not an asset though they do attempt to have resident parking available. This is often not successful. Signs are posted on the doors and on the lot. I would recommend the lot signs to be larger and more readable.

The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable! They're always readily available and helpful when and if any issue arises. Maintenance is always prompt with their response! Would recommend Nora Commons any day of the week.

Disgusting. I work with a client and roaches have been an ongoing problem. Initially I was told by the front office that it was a common problem throughout the building. They allegedly “treated” said clients home but to no success. All calls from them on have gone ignored by the front office. The building smells like sewage and rotten food in some areas. If it weren’t for my client and their well being I’d have left a long time ago. Staff is never available when you need them. I mean the fire department was here and needed to talk to someone in charge but of course no one was here. These people don’t care about our older population at all they just care about the money which is definitely not going into the building otherwise it wouldn’t look like this. There are stains all in the carpets in the hallways, stains on the walls, etc. just disgusting. I’d never recommend anyone living here. They should be ashamed of themselves. My client even stated numerous times that they have even tried to get in contact with the front office with no success. Extremely disappointed. I posted photos of my clients sink in her kitchen. I’ve also let the office know about that as well and they’ve done nothing to help now the area appears to be caving in. And don’t respond asking me to message y'all separately because I’ve been reaching out for months and nothing has been done. Keep that same nonchalant attitude when the health department pays you all a visit.

I lived here for 5 years, and the place goes downhill every day. Don't bother because they are a total mess.
