Leaving food all over the floor and a patient covered in feces is an absolute abomination. Not once, but multiple times. You should be shut down. How can you treat the elderly and mentally disabled this?? You people forget this is these people's home and they're paying your bills. You don't respect the patients and you treat them like crap. I hope you get shut down.

Food was awful,always cold ,no variety chef salad no meat forgot to thaw it out ,no bed changing, didn't answer call lights for 50 or more minutes,bad room maintenance !! Overall not so good health care!!!!!!!!!
