We came in for my spouse to have physical therapy. The therapist were helpful. The nurses kept my husband on a good schedule. Yes, I would recommend Countryside Meadows.

the staff allow people to defecate & urinate on themselves instead of helping. they make patients here wear the same underwear and socks for longer than a week. i heard someone asking for help to use the bathroom and it was 20 minutes before he got help but it was too late he couldn’t hold it. i don’t know if they are understaffed but they need to get their stuff together. i’ve never seen people with so many stains & fecal matter on their beds.
