I was at Otterbein Rehab for 3 weeks after surgery. I had excellent care from the medical staff and therapists. They are all very caring, thoughtful, friendly. and they treated me like I was their only patient. I was very happy with all of this special attention and great care!

I spent several weeks in Otterbein rehab after breaking 6 ribs. This included a couple of stays at St. Francis due to breathing issues. I was very well taken care of, loved the staff and hopefully made some lasting friendships. Staff was professional, caring, and sometimes just plain fun. I never felt overlooked, forgotten or not important to everyone.

The detail and setting of the campus are absolutely gorgeous. This campus has absolutely everything you could want. A theater, fitness center similar to the Y, pool, jacuzzi spa, pickleball courts, lake with pavilion, restaurant, golf carts...... etc. etc. Stunning property

When my wife was diagnosed with Alzheimer's, I realized that our future was changing. I knew that someday soon we would need to have help and assistance for her in the future. Consequently, the hunt for the best facility was on. We checked many facilities in the Greenwood area and settled on two we both liked. As time went on it became necessary to get some help at our home for my wife. Finally, we had to make the decision to move,

We called Cindy Workman at Otterbein and she showed my wife and I three cottages. We also toured the three memory units. We bought a cottage, sold our house and moved in. Within two months my wife needed to go to Murphy's the middle unit for memory. Ten months later I was notified she needed to move to level three. I am grateful for the love that both of these units gave to my wife, I visited her everyday. She was always well kept and clean. Isn't this all we want for our loved ones. We lost my wife four months ago to this horrible disease and I still visit the units to express my love for the way the CNA's and nurses treated my wife, I couldn't be happier to be living in Otterbein Franklin.
