This was a very disappointing experience, and I would not trust this place again. We brought our mom here expecting proper care after her surgery, but instead we constantly had to step in and follow up on things that should have been handled by the staff. It often felt like there was a lack of responsibility and attention to patient needs. Over time, it became clear that the level of care was not what it should be. The environment also does not feel clean, organized, or supportive for recovery. Overall, this place did not meet basic expectations for patient care. I truly hope they make serious improvements, because patients deserve much better.

It was the worst experience and decision ever that 'We sent our mom in this facility ...They are so Uneducated in so many things !! No doubt staff is nice and when we ask them something they help buttt they dont know anything about nursing about how to take care of the pateint ....my mom had a big surgery and instead of recovery and come back to home ...we have to take our mom to ER for the another surgery because of them because of their ignorance and negligance ...The staff was nice for the first week but after that they were behaving like my mom is burden for them ... they excused us she have language barrier and etc etc whether we were always help them and tried to make things sorted ..my mom survivng alot just because of them !! She fell while she was calling them for lilke half hour and noone came they said she did not press the button for call !! she did ' she screemed 'when she had pain ..Noone in the staff cared and came for her help ...Even her room mate told me that .... Place is so unorganised Smells so bad ' so much negativity !!! Am feeling so really bad for the patients are there ....I would Reccomend to the people who ever read this review DONT ever send your Loved one to this facility Never Ever !!! My father has been here since his rehab inpatient hospitalization. The staff has been phenomenal in building relationships with him, the therapy department has tremendously helped him rehab post stroke, had open communication, and there is very frequent attention to his care. I am very pleased with his progress and the attentiveness of the primary caretakers and other care providers. The relationships built between my family and the staff is unparalleled from all of my own personal experiences as a daughter.
