This place is disgusting. My moms room always dirty floors sticky and flies everywhere. The administrator never has a direct answer always looking confused and never seems to know the answer to anything. I was asked to do a Google review for the facility meanwhile my mom's care not being met. The Call lights going off I feel utterly overwhelmed leaving my love one here. The African American young male with the briads on his head is the only one I see answering the call light attempting to help other residents in need meanwhile its a bunch of other staff sitting behind the nurse station on their phones. I regret putting my mom in this facility. The staff could not give mom a shower because the facility had no clean laundry. I spoke with the laundry supervisor she had absolutely no care AT ALL. She seemed high off something and smartly said while walking away that she was over this place That evil administrator can deal with it. This is by far the worse I have any seen

I work for a hospice company and am in and out of west park multiple times a week. The staff are always kind and welcoming. The facility is clean and the patient care is great. I always look forward to my visits here.
