They had been treating my wife very well until tonight (she has been there about a week and a half). Tonight nobody seems to want to help her use a bedpan and then its too late and she can't hold it any longer so she is laying in numbers 1 and 2 and she is still waiting for someone to clean her up. Update: They finally cleaned her up, it must have been about three hours from the first time she called for them.

The care teams at Monterey are wonderful, and always address patient and family concerns. Maurice in admissions is wonderful to work with, and always advocates for the patients, residents and families that enter into their facility. The team in the memory care unit are wonderful, and treat their patients with such kindness, and respect. Thank you for all that you do for your patients and families!
