The people who helped us were very nice. The facilities are a bit outdated but usable. There were some cleaning issues. Not consistent with cleaning toilets after patient is finished. The food served was cold many times when it reached the patient.

Rehab is the facility was fantastic. Rose the nursing aid who helps train new employees was absolutely amazing. Very professional and understanding of patients needs. Also caring and supportive. We could speak higher of her.

I am deeply concerned about the level of care at this facility. It is chronically understaffed: residents frequently do not receive the assistance they need and simple two-person care tasks are often attempted with only one caregiver present. I have personally observed staff vaping inside the building. Staff often appear rushed, rude, and unwilling to assist when asked. There are multiple, large pressure wounds/bedsores among residents that appear neglected. Lifting and transfer protocols are not consistently followed—Hoyer and other two-person lifts are not used when they should be, creating unsafe transfers and increased risk of injury. These problems pose immediate risks to residents’ health, dignity, and safety. I urge anyone considering this facility to visit, ask specific questions about staffing ratios and transfer protocols, and to follow up with the administrator. I also recommend that regulators and ombudsman services review this facility’s practices.

We were happy to have the rehab unit for a temporary stay and recovery. The staff has been very good but cleaning needs attention. Finally came to mop floor and clean toilet after staff noted how dirty it was. Nice to have food options and overall it was good.

The facility is clean. I love the room my Mom is in. The staff has been very helpful. Sonya, is amazing. Theresa, the head nurse has been great with Mom.
