This Facility Accepted my Husband as A Patient know that he has Dementia. My Husband became Mobile after being Bed Bound for a Couple of Weeks!! He wanted to walk Around the Facility. They put an Airtag around his Ankle. They made him leave when he was doing well there and Thriving!! The place may look nice, but they really DO NOT CARE!! My Husband also is long term Hospice Care, and They ONLY Work with Bella Hospice!! They Are even Worse!! People in this World Just DO NOT CARE ABOUT OTHER PEOPLE ESPECIALLY THOSE WHO ARE PAYED TO DO IT!!!!! If your loved one is Not in a Wheelchair DO NOT SEND THEM HERE!! And if Your Loved one has to go on Hospice Care DO NOT GO TO BELLA HOSPICE!! They DO NOT CARE!!!

From admission through discharge, our experience at Meadow Grove was excellent. The staff was consistently kind, caring, and helpful, no matter the time of day. Due to my work schedule, I was mostly able to visit during evenings and weekends, and I was impressed that the staff’s positive attitude and willingness to help never changed. The therapy team did an amazing job throughout the stay. The facility was always clean and quiet, it felt comfortable. My family member was able to recover and discharge home due to their assistance and support. I would highly recommend Meadow Grove.

I was in Meadow Grove twice. The staff, the aides, the nurses, and PT/OT were incredible. They were very kind and patient with me. A special shout out to Michelle; an aide there. She went over and above to take care of me when she was there. The food wasn't bad at all and it was nice that they gave you choices. I was in room 316. I think my only complaint would be how long it took to get help when you pushed your call light. But I understood they were under staffed. Overall, I would definitely suggest this place for your transitional care or long term care. Very clean and spacious rooms that are private. I would request to go back there anytime I need rehab.
