Was transferred from hospital to do physical therapy. Was left ro sit in a room with no ac was ignored by nurses after ulcer surgery. Staff had no idea why I was there or what to do. Place was rundown. Called my sister to come and get me. She walked right in put me in a wheelchair and took me right out the door and nobody said a word. Dangerous precedent especially if I was someones elderly parent

This is a very nice facility. The took excellent care of me. The food is fantastic. The staff is polite and professional. I was there for rehab. Brittany is head of therapy and she is the BEST there is, anywhere!! The administrator cares about each and every person and is easy to talk to and is eager to address any concerns you may have. All of the staff is good, but Marcus and paige are the bright and shining stars 🤩. Marcus always goes above and beyond expectation. ALL of the staff deserve recognition for their hard work and dedication. I would Highly recommend Embassy of Woodview for your long or short term facility.

Oh my gosh. Don’t even bother sending your loved ones here. It stinks so bad I cannot breathe i’m telling you. When we first walked in i was hit with the smell of cigarettes… that wasn’t the worst part unfortunately i prefer that than what my nose smelt next… Upon walking through the halls it gave run down and in poor conditions. As i turned the corner to another hall my nose was badly affected by an unnerving surprise of a scent. The scent my nose picked up on was the unpleasant scent of poop and pee mixed together but it was really bad. My nose couldn’t tell where this scent came from but my body didn’t really want to know. I had eaten before my visit and i immediately wanted to throw my food up. i could not stop gagging from the smell🤢 and what’s even worse is that the patients well at least my grandpa was to share a room with a random stranger who won’t stop talking to whoever knows. The only positive thing about our visit was how nice the lady was to us and the fact that my grandpa wanted to go home today ASAP. i wouldn’t recommend😟 Oh wait here’s an update. I just seen a patient who is being unwashed leave the building in a wheel chair with no supervision what so ever i’m not sure how it works but he was kicking the door open since he couldn’t open it with his arms.

Stopped by to see a resident here. The facility does not look like the pictures on the website (at all). It’s absolutely disgusting - filthy, and smells like urine. I would never send anyone I care about to this place. I wish I had taken photos to show the real condition but I didn’t want to be there a second longer.
