Hilltop Senior Village is an independent living community in Columbus, OH, for adults 55+. Our handicap accessible community offers one and two bedroom cottage-style apartments in a three-story building with elevators, or ranch style cottages with your own entrance. The cottages offer washer/dryer connections and there are laundry facilities in the midrise. Amenities include a community/game room, private party room, and we welcome small pets. Give us a call! At National Church Residences we believe every senior should be able to live a vibrant, healthy and independent life. That’s why it’s been our mission since 1961 to provide quality housing to serve the various and changing needs of seniors.

Our Rich History of Service

Founded on a faith-based mission, National Church Residences (then Ohio Church Residences) has grown from a flagship community, Bristol Village, in Waverly, Ohio, to become the nation’s largest non-profit provider of senior housing in the country.  Today our organization owns and/or operates 340 senior housing communities in 25 states and Puerto Rico. And, we continue to add new communities and senior services every year.

In fact, there are 30,000 seniors who sleep each night under our rooftops, and an equal number of seniors who receive care and service through our senior housing communities, outreach programs or even in their own home. Our vision is to advance better living for all seniors, enabling them to remain home for life and our 2800 mission-driven staff members work every day to make this vision a reality.

We recognize that everyone’s journey is unique. That’s why we provide a wide array of housing options, ranging in service level from independent living apartments, duplexes and detached homes to assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing care. In addition, we offer home health and hospice in central and southern Ohio as well as adult day care in Columbus, Ohio. To help navigate the way, we are the largest provider of service coordinators in the country.

National Church Residences is headquartered in Upper Arlington, a suburb of Columbus, Ohio, and has a satellite office in Atlanta, Georgia.
