Unfortunately my brother is there today Saturday the April 18 I went to pick him for my mom birthday I was expecting him more clean, they don’t shaved him don’t trim his nails I was very surprised to see him like that, at least should shaved him more descents clothes,I have to talk to his son see what going on,and the place smell little bad,urine

My grandma lives on the 4th floor and has not been receiving her medications properly. I have spoken to the head nurse multiple times, and the issue is still happening. The nurses have been leaving her pills sitting on her table instead of making sure she takes them, which is extremely concerning. The facility has been very disorganized, and based on this experience, I would not recommend this place to others. This place is charging so much money and they can’t even fix an elevator, even the main entrance broke down.

this place is charging so much money and they can’t even fix an elevator??? even the main entrance broke down!! I came in just to take a look and was disappointed all around. I would NEVER EVER want to put my parents in this type of living environment. PLEASEE take your business elsewhere where they actually care for their facilities.

Horrible place. Has bed bugs, bathrooms are always a mess, food is disgusting, and elevator has been broken for years now. The executive director is rude and does not care for your family member only the money!
