What Families Think

Reviewers of Elevate Care Windsor Park frequently praise the warmth and professionalism of specific staff members (especially Kimberly Sullivan in Guest Relations) and describe the facility as clean and well-maintained. However, a handful of detailed reviews describe serious lapses in basic care, including residents left in soiled bedding and a report alleging neglect contributed to a resident's death, so families should weigh these accounts carefully alongside the many positive experiences.

The Good

  • Staff frequently described as caring and attentive
  • Facility repeatedly described as clean, no odors
  • Physical and occupational therapy praised by families
  • Responsive management following complaints, per one reviewer
  • Strong communication with families about care changes

The Bad

  • One detailed report of severe neglect, bedsores, and infection
  • Multiple accounts of slow response to call for help or hygiene needs
  • One reviewer reported staff using inappropriate, loud language near patients
  • One reviewer suggested the facility isn't equipped for trach/immobility care
