My wife has only been there for one day. She was left soiled in bed for 4hrs. I don't like the fact either that the day nurse argues with my wife and tells her my wife should not be complaining about her. She tells my wife that she checks in on her every hour, which is a blatant lie. Yesterday, that same nurse would come into my wife's room, while her call button was still lit and needing cleaning, and told my wife they don't time to take care of her right now because they are too busy. I mentioned to the evening nurse that my wife has bed sores and they photographed the for their records. Yet, my wife still sits being soiled and not changed or cleaned. We cannot risk those sores getting worse or new ones developing. This is what her insurance is paying for? Outrageous.

For 1st visit, the staff was pleasant & welcoming, the facility is clean and smells clean, which I truly appreciate. Nurse Maria was very accommodating! 👍
