My husband was here for 3 weeks. Staff was amazing. The staff really cares about the residents.There were days staff just stopped in to say hello.<br>PT, OT and speech therapy were amazing. The only reason not higher ratings is that, like all facilities, they are short staffed.<br>I have recommended this facility to others

I am submitting this review from my prospective. Carl ‘Buzz’ Pearson is my father in law and has been a resident of EV BR for almost one year. I have full confidence and trust with this facility and the staff. They are caring, compassionate & responsive.<br>Pam, LaShonda, Sheena, Renee, Megan, Kathy, Laurie, Tequila, Shana(sp?), Emma, David and many more. Thank you so much for the care you give!

Broke my leg in 2 places while there. Therapists were terrible- pushed me until I got hurt! Not a smile to be found!

Ill start off that the first week of my grandmother's stay was pleasant. But at night time after that first week was a downhill spiral. The night time staff forced her to wear diapers (diapers that were waaay too big, they were for patients 400 pounds+ because im 280 and i could wear them over my pants, my grandmother is 100 pounds soaking wet) overnight because they were too lazy to help her get to the toilet in her room. Her call light would go unanswered for hours, if it even got answered at all. My mom would show up at 8 or 9am and my grandma had been in in urine soaked clothing for several hours several different days. The one night nurse got in her face when she complained to the day nurse. None of the night staff wears name tags either, nursing supervisor was absolutely no help. Both were very condescending and rude to my mother and my grandmother. Pretty scary that this establishment is the most expensive place Medicare would pay for.
