I made an appointment to talk to the sales director and he didn't call me at the appointed time. I had to chase him. We booked another appointment and again he did not call me at the appointed time. I want to share my experience with other potential customers and residents. It appears this facility is not interested in us.

I’m very impressed with how clean and organized this assisted living is. Every time I visit, the environment feels welcoming, fresh, and well taken care of. The staff are friendly, professional, and always make sure the residents are comfortable and happy. You can tell they take great pride in keeping everything spotless and running smoothly. It’s truly a warm and caring place for residents and their families. Highly recommend!

The facility is very clean, well maintained and the decorations for the holidays provides a homey environment for the residents. The staff is amazing in the care that they provide for the residents; it really shows that they care about meeting the residents needs and making them comfortable. I highly recommend taking a tour of Eden Vista Hoffman Estates if you are in the market for an Assisted Living or Memory Care facility for your loved one!

I can’t say enough good things about this community. The Executive Director and Director of Nursing truly set the tone with their leadership. They not only ensure that residents receive excellent care, but they also value and support their staff in a way that creates a warm, positive environment. It’s clear that compassion, respect, and quality of life are top priorities here. Residents feel safe and cared for, and families have peace of mind knowing their loved ones are in such capable hands. A wonderful place with a team that genuinely goes above and beyond!

Our team has had the pleasure of working closely with the staff. By far one of the best experiences engaging and interacting with this team to provide quality and fun. The staff brings overall quality and customer service to their residents. This family community is fully engaged and involved in their residents lives. Lots of activities and awareness. Great attention and support. Not to mention staff retention is amazing. They all collaborate to ensure families are getting the best. Great job! Highly recommend this facility. Please spread the word that they have a shelter care license.
