My family has been using Home Instead to provide care to one of our very senior members on a daily basis for the last several months. It is very challenging to schedule and provide consistent and high-quality care, but Home Instead accomplishes this. We are able to trust that no matter what concerns or needs arise we can communicate quickly and directly to a supervisor who will work diligently to make sure that we have a wonderful outcome. Problems are resolved professionally and promptly. Home Instead provides an afterhours emergency line which is very reliable. We feel very fortunate to have our main contact person, Mary, assisting us with services. The several caretakers who attend to our family member throughout the week are very kind, careful, and caring. We are very appreciative of the entire staff at Home Instead!

I can't say enough wonderful things about Home Instead and Mary, their scheduling manager in Itasca. They came in to help my dad when we needed them most. They were very attentive to our needs and most of all giving the best care for my dad. Mary is extremely compassionate and professional. We had to change caregivers on a moment's notice and she handled it immediately and with the utmost care and professionalism. She did exactly what I needed her to do. She always wanted to make sure my dad had the best care for his needs. I consider her a lifesaver!! Truly one of a kind!! Mary and the Home Instead staff are wonderful! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing expert care for a loved one.

I cannot say enough about Home Instead and their team. From Amy Benge who came to meet my parents, to Antoinette who helped provide the best care givers : Tawanda, Priscilla, and Vivianna. Tawanda, so calm and patient with my mom and dad; Vivianna, who stepped in seamlessly when needed; Priscilla with her smile and great energy. Thank you for being there for my mom and dad when I couldn't; giving me peace of mind! Even the rehab center for my dad called me and complimented the caregivers and how well my dad was looked after ! I could not have asked for better and highly recommend this team !

I'm so happy to be with home instead. I've been with them for almost a year now, and the experience has been wonderful, my Caregiver, Dulce Padilla, cooks, cleans, and most importantly, keeps me company with great conversations. I truly don't know what I would do without her. She is amazing, and her cooking is excellent. She also goes with me to appointments and grocery shopping, which makes everything so much easier. I also want to recognize Randy Menzie, one of the managers at home instead.He is a great person. He checks in regularly, takes the time to talk and laugh with us, and it's always there to help and answer any questions we have. Overall, I'm very glad we made the switch to instead the we had made a big difference in my life.

Having a wonderful experience with Home Instead Itasca. The caregiver for my Mom is excellent - she is experienced, understanding, hardworking, and interacts very well with us. The Home Instead office team are excellent also. It’s a great help to have such fantastic support for my Mom’s care.
