Having spoken to residents, this place is not what it claims. Rent is outrageous for 1 1/2 meals which are often cold. Staff nearly inadequate. Pool is off limits to residents but not staff! Nighttime pool parties. No responsive management on site, skeletal or staff on weekends. All in all, their brochures are false advertising.<br>This company controls many retirement communities so buyers beware.

Visited an elderly lady my husband and I look after. She recently moved in. Beautiful apt.! New carpet, washer/dryer. They have everything she needs. Once she gets to know folks I'm sure she'll be happy.

My mom moved in and had several falls including one where she broke her leg We had moved her there because of fall issues. When calling for assistance to the bathroom you are left waiting for over 30 minutes!<br>When out of the facility in the hospital and rehab for several months charged full rate. Refusal to credit for lack of meals, laundry service, care service and Housekeeping.

Choosing the right senior living community is a huge decision, but Matt and his team at Willow Falls make it feel like the easiest one in the world. From the moment you walk through the doors, you can tell that Matt (the Executive Director) truly sets the tone for the entire building. It’s rare to find a director who is so hands-on and genuinely invested in the day-to-day lives of the residents. He isn't just a face in an office; he’s out in the halls, greeting people by name and ensuring everything is running smoothly
