Choosing the right senior living community is a huge decision, but Matt and his team at Willow Falls make it feel like the easiest one in the world. From the moment you walk through the doors, you can tell that Matt (the Executive Director) truly sets the tone for the entire building. It’s rare to find a director who is so hands-on and genuinely invested in the day-to-day lives of the residents. He isn't just a face in an office; he’s out in the halls, greeting people by name and ensuring everything is running smoothly

A great place for seniors. Our company (A Clean Start) has moved many families into Willow Falls including some very good fiends of ours. The staff is top notch and very friendly. We always look forward to bringing new residents there. Keep it up WF!

We were looking for a place for a relative in Willow Falls Senior Assisted Living. The front of the property is nice, but if you walk around to see what other amenities are outside it's very disappointing how UN-KEPT the grounds are. There is a pond and another water feature., but the place is so overgrown like no one ever bothers. Please see enclosed photos. These were taken when the weather was still beautiful. You need to see how awful your representation of the back of the property looks. Only thing done were some trees were cut down but no one came back to finish the clean up 😞

My mother is a resident with advance Alzheimer’s. Between my brother and myself, someone from the family drops in weekly. Yesterday my wife and I visited and were absolutely appalled with how unsanitary her room had become. It started with mom using her bathroom. My wife asked her to wash her hands after. She went in to help her, and found the bathroom sink not working. I investigated and found the valves to the sink were closed. I opened them, turned the faucet on, and found the faucet screen nearly completely clogged and the drain draining very slowly. So instead of repairing the issues, apparently it was decided to just shut the water off. No more hand washing for you lady. This, along with the condition of the rest of her bathroom made us look at everything closely. We found black mold in her refrigerator, soiled adult diaper under the sink, dirty dinnerware in drawers, food wrappers and 1/2 eaten items in “hidden”areas. Very unsanitary and unsafe. Mom is in memory care for a reason. She will not relearn how to clean up after herself, nor does she have the cognitive ability to ask the aides for assistance. We are paying 6k monthly for her care, this is completely unacceptable. So with that, my wife went and confronted the staff as to why mom’s room is in the condition it is in. They claim they try to go in and clean, but mom gets agitated so they leave it alone. When asked why they don’t take advantage and clean when she is out for activities a couple hours a day….silence. We asked for bleach and cleaning supplies, they could not provide any. We were told it was all locked in the janitor closet. How were they to clean the room then anyway?? In the end, my wife found dish soap, filled the kitchenette sink with hot water and we cleaned the room as best we could with what we had. It’s is disgraceful. In order to post, I had to give it at least one star for review….
