We had to make a decision fairly quickly for a caregiver for Mom. Among 3 other agencies Cherrylyn, the owner of JAC, came to the hospital to meet and do an assessment with Mom. Her assessment was, well thought out, professional and included questions that showed she knew what she was doing and we never thought to ask. The fact that she is a registered nurse with experience caring for elderly was also comforting. The next day Raquel was assigned as Mom's caregiver and her years of experience caring for seniors was immediately obvious. We take comfort in knowing Mom is safe, well cared for and Raquel is there to keep her motivated and moving back towards independence. We knew this would be a difficult time but the professionalism, communication, and care have exceeded our expectations and have made things easier for our family. We are grateful we selected JAC.
