Lanie’s team was so caring and easy to work with. We were received frequent updates and when a unique situation would come up, they went over all our options with us. I researched 3 other services before choosing them; their rates were middle of the pack. I learned quickly you get what you pay for and I’m so grateful we chose them! I would recommend Silver Springs to anyone considering at home care and assistance of their loved one; this group is really in the business for all the right reasons!

Silver Springs worked with us very well to keep us updated on all matters pertaining to the care being provided and consistent updates of schedules of caregivers. They provided whatever we asked for (within reason) and were very responsive. The caregivers were helpful, compassionate and friendly even in difficult circumstances. Overall, I would recommend Silver Springs to anyone who asks.

We used Silver Spring for my sister who had brain cancer. We went through a few caregivers until we got Aisha. She was a godsend for us and always kept a positive attitude with my sister. My family felt very confident in Aisha’s abilities to take care of our sister. She was with us till the end and even then stepped in to assist with hospice. I highly recommend Aisha for any caregiver needs.

Silver Springs Home Care is wonderful! I have used them several times to provide night time caregiving for my elderly father. Lanie, the owner, is available within an hour of my requests for care, to visit and set up our care needs. She is patient and compassionate and an excellent listener. I will use this agency each time my elderly family members need home care. I highly recommend Silver Springs!

Fantastic home caregiver agency! We found out my mother was being released from the hospital the next morning to go home under hospice care. We needed to find 24/7 home caregivers. I called and spoke with Lanie. Her responsiveness to evaluate my mother's condition within hours of the phone call was amazing! She was able to put together a 24/7 team and they waiting at the home the next morning when my mother arrived. They immediately started making her comfortable and attending to her every need. The caregivers are very compassionate. They took excellent care of her. They also worked well with the hospice team.
