Elevate Care Regency has been a good place for my mom, who is currently 87 for the last 4years.<br><br>I appreciate that they ensure she is safe while still encouraging her in her drive to be independent in her own way. The facility is pretty clean, but the reason why I am truly able to sleep well at night is the staff. Nurses such as Joey, Maria and Alvaro ensure my mom’s health is a priority and do so with care. CNAs that truly deserve recognition for their work and kindness include Stacey, Yolanda, Obi, Katia, Tara, and Rosetta and when she comes overnight-Ella.<br><br>Also, I appreciate Carmen, who is a supervisor for the CNAs, as she always makes sure my mother has what she needs. And finally, Ricky at the front desk is always warm and welcoming when I arrive to see my mom!<br><br>My mom reports that the doctors are caring and knowledgeable when they work with her.

Nurse Janet and all nurses on staff are wonderful, very friendly and helpful. The food is quite good and my husband does not complain to bring him food. They keep it clean and tidy. I just wish they would motivate more to do more rehabilitation with the patient.

There to visit my Nephew today and I noticed that his sheets had been removed from his bed and there was no fresh sheets on his bed. The sheets that was remove was thrown over in the wheel chair which I think is unacceptable. Also I was there on Monday and noticed he was wearing the same clothes today on Tuesday as if he had not been cleaned up for the day. Just attention to detail is very important.
