Norma & Shanowa were our primary team caregivers. We had an outstanding experience. My dad was very comfortable and safe with them and that made my load lighter.<br><br>We had great backup caregivers as well. Michelle- a total rockstar, Monica, Noemi, Faith, Ty and a few others whose names escape me at this time.<br><br>This is a professionally and well run group. They were so helpful in a difficult time.

After a bad experience with another agency we turned to John and his group. They were great. Day in and day out they just dis a great job. They treated my Dad like family more than a patient, and actually became one of us. They did everything we could have asked and more. On the rare occasions when one of the regulars missed their shift they easily and readily had a qualified and able bodied replacement ready an on time which was always our biggest concern. They are pros in every area. Care. compassion, professionalism and friendly as the day is long. Always trying to do a little more to make it easier on us. If you're looking for home health care this is your place.

I can't say enough nice things about John Cushing and Touching Hearts at Home. I contacted John on a Sat. afternoon and he made time that afternoon to come an help me with a in home assistance plan. I was discharged the next day and Touching Hearts had someone there to help me navigate my home with only one hand an the other in a sling. My caregiver Faith helped so much between food prep to doing laundry.<br>We all know how hard it is to find reliable companys, this is one of the good guys<br>John

I don’t post many reviews but felt this Touching Hearts deserved one. My family has used Touching Hearts for over 4 years to care for both my parents and then after my mother passed away they continued to take care of my father who passed at the age of 98. The caretakers were wonderful. They were dependable, hard working and communicated well with all of us. It was reassuring for my siblings and me to know that they were receiving comfortable care and were in capable hands. Many times the caretakers went above and beyond what they were asked to do. John, the owner and the office staff were accessible, even on weekends to answer any of our concerns. I highly recommend Touching Hearts at Home to anyone looking for reliable, caring, and high-quality home care services.

Touching Hearts provided overnight care for my father that allowed him to be safe and allowed my mother to get rest at night. In his final days, the entire staff was so caring and loving towards him and our whole family.
