My experience with Hearthstone of Beaverton has been consistently positive. In the past year, three residents I know have moved there and have all spoken highly of their new home during my visits. I especially want to acknowledge Beth Koschmann, whose exceptional work is clearly making Hearthstone of Beaverton a top-notch assisted living community.

My mother spent 5 weeks in respite care at Hearthstone after breaking her ankle, having completed rehab, but not quite ready to return home. Beth and the entire staff welcomed her with open arms. Everyone we dealt with was so friendly and helpful. The food was good, the care was super!. Highly recommend

Staff is amazing. The feeling of warmth and comfort is quite evident from the staff. My mom has fit right in to this community. A lot of activities and she has made many friends. My only concern is the housekeeping. I do need to stay up on the condition of her apartment to include laundry and clean sheets. They are working on it. A work in progress.<br><br>6/24 update improvements made. Mom is very happy. The quality of care is great.<br><br>Feb 2025- my mom passed on Nov 2, 2024. She passed from colon cancer. The staff and facility were so kind and supportive during her last days. It is very much a family community. She wanted to be there ❤️<br>BTW- housekeeping is great now

My mother spent six weeks at Hearthstone of Beaverton for respite care after a fall and a stint in rehab. Her time at Hearthstone was wonderful. The moment she walked in the entire staff knew her by name and was welcoming, friendly and very attentive. It is a small assisted living place, and personalized care and positive energy is abundant. My mother never felt lost or ignored. I worked for almost 20 years as an independent care giver for the elderly and spent a great deal of time in many care facilities, and I have never experienced such a kind, caring and genuinely happy staff. The building is comfortably decorated and very clean. The dining room is lovely and the food is good (plenty of options and yummy desserts). During her six weeks there, my mother gained enough strength and stamina to move to an independent living place. If she ever needs respite care or assisted living, she would definitely go back to Hearthstone.
