I'm an almost-resident, moving in at the end of this month - if I survive the move. It's scary how much JUNK you can accumulate after 28 years in the same house. Jensen has been super helpful, and patient with my endless emails, asking her about (in some cases) trivial things. I will update this post, or put in a new one, after I've lived here for a while. I am looking forward to a much simplified existence. And the fish & chips are GREAT! Thanks for lunch on our tour. I had looked at a couple of other senior progressive care facilities in Vancouver. Before we finished the tour, I was ready to sign up. My sister-in-law was with me, and she is a keen observer in situations like this. She gave it 2 thumbs up. Thanks, Brandy!

The people make the difference. Any care center can house its guests. Cogir at the Quarry cares for their physical, mental and emotional well-being. My Mom was skeptical when we introduced her to her new apartment. Her first words on arrival were, "Take me home!" She's been at Cogir at the Quarry for a month. Last night, she said, "Thank you for bringing me here. This place is amazing. Everywhere I go, the staff and the other tenants greet me by name. The staff is always making sure my coffee cup is full. I couldn't ask for more." The key to my Mom's happiness is (a) the leaders who set the tone and inspire the teammates, and (b) the teammates who've been chosen and trained to make a positive experience for the guests. My Mom is precious to our family. Placing our trust in the team at Cogir at the Quarry was the right decision.

The Quarry is a beautiful property.. The staff are delightful. The executive director is absolutely top. notch and runs the place superbly. And best of all, the residents are energetic, super fun, and great dancers to boot. At the recent gala the dance floor was packed and rocking from the first song to the last.

I recently toured a family with Jensen, one of the sales managers at the quarry. She was so kind to my client, went through all the stages with her and ultimately my client chose to place her parents at the quarry! Thank you so much Jensen, for being so kind warm and knowledgeable about what your community had to offer! Shannon Calles, Owner of Clark County Senior Resources
