My father has been Receiving Care from Home Instead for over a year now. After a thorough search and turning down several agencies , Home Instead has changed all of our lives for the better. Having a group of people who care, that you can rely on -is the best feeling a family can have. Dana F. Has become a part of our family in many ways. My father asks about her on the weekend and looks forward to her return every Monday. She has brought so much peace of mind and I cannot say anything but positive about Home Instead as an organization and Dana as our primary carer. They communicate with our family, are more than happy to make changes when we need them; they know us by name and can recognize our voices. If your loved one is in need of Care, Home Instead is a place where you can find a piece of home.

Home Instead has been a life-saver for our family. Our mother lives in Portland while we are in Seattle, and Home Instead has been a critical part of our care team. They pay attention, they listen, they are available and return phone calls, they are flexible -- in short, the kind of service that you want to have. I have been so impressed with the quality and kindness of their caregiving staff -- special shout out to Sandra and Anita (who see my mom at Cherrywood Village). Both ladies have let me know when my mom doesn't seem to be doing well, or when there's a change, and that's comfort that is worth everything. Highly recommend.

Marcia researched events that were of interest to us. She also helped write thank you's and did an incredible job taking our thoughts and put them down on paper. She was consistentanly on time!<br><br>Vivian was willing to change her schedle to meet our needs. She is very kind and always polite. She did a great job cleaning our bathroom! She was consistentatly on time too!<br><br>Lucy showed up even on Fridays. She is a natural and makes a killer sandwich. She follows directions very well!

Home Instead really helped us out with personal and home care after my husband’s unexpected surgery. David was the best caregiver we could have had. He was kind and caring and diligent and he and my husband developed a nice rapport, which I think helped my husband recover more quickly. Thank you, David!

My husband and I love Home Instead. We have used their services for over two years. Last week Adriane was the caregiver for my husband. She cleaned the apartment twice!! And played chess with him. She is a kind and caring person. We will definitely be using the services again,
