Clearwater Springs team is very professional and kind when looking for a place for mom. Beautiful community with lots of great amenities along with a variety of different fun activities. I would definitely recommend Clearwater Springs when looking for a place for your loved one!

I recently toured Clearwater Springs with Kristina to find a place for a family member. What a burst of sunshine she was! She was very knowledgeable about the property and surrounding area. I had a lot of questions and concerns that she was able to answer and the ones she did not know, she found out and called me back. She definitely put my mind at ease knowing that having Kristina here to care after my family member as if it was her own family. What a gem!

I recently toured Clearwater Springs by Cogir with my 90-year-old friend, and we were thoroughly impressed. We currently live in an independent unit but wanted to explore options for assisted living. Kristina was our guide for the visit, and she was both pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. She answered all of our questions patiently and gave us a clear understanding of what the community offers. The building itself is beautiful, with welcoming community spaces and a dining room that truly stood out. Based on our experience, Clearwater Springs is definitely at the top of our list for the future—especially if Kristina continues to be in charge.

I am pleased with the care my mother has received over the last year, she is happy and comfortable. If you LIKE to be IGNORED about Billing -accounting issues or Maintenance ….you found the right place!! Maintenance -I have had to bring up multiple times to get taken care of, one resulting in her having to move out of her unit while repairs were done since had my requests been ignored for months. Billing-Accounting -NIGHTMARE we are on ACH and it increased a lot without notice months ago, staff turnover has been the excuse for not getting answers . Contacted first time in November and many other attempts up to today Feb 12th still no answers and they have taken even more from her account. My mother said a few people have mentioned to her that they also have been charged for care not received and had issues getting taken care of……..hmmmmm

From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly, patient, and clearly passionate about the people who live there. The community is clean, bright, and thoughtfully designed to feel comfortable and home-like. What stood out most was the warmth of both the staff and residents — there’s a real feeling of connection and care here. The activities, common spaces, and overall environment support an engaging and joyful lifestyle rather than just a place to live. Clearwater Springs left a wonderful impression, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a compassionate, welcoming community.
