I was fortunate to find Home Instead to help me with care for my husband. A wonderful staff was helpful at all times and specifically Melissa who was here every week. She is so easy to communicate with, so generous in her aid and always with a sweet smile on her face. Lucky to have her!

Home Instead has provided not just care services for my mom, but also piece of mind that I have not had since my mom had her heart attack. Katrina comes to our home and becomes part of our family. She takes care of my mom in the way I would if I wasn’t juggling family and career. The resources Home Instead provides, like Sensi, just provide even more piece of mind for my family. I highly, highly recommend working with this amazing company and their equally amazing caregivers.

Our mom came home into hospice with medication-induced liver failure at the end of January 2025 under very short notice. We called Home Instead to help us bring her home. Christina was wonderful in getting us all set up and onboarded quickly, and we cannot speak highly enough of the first caregiver who came to help, Kaye. She got there just after Mom came home, and went straight to work setting up her care area so that everything was organized, Mom was comfortable, and spent time educating my sister and I on how to help care for her and what to expect as our mom declined. She was kind, competent and helpful. Rose was also kind, knowledgeable, and worked to ensure Mom’s comfort. We had a third caregiver we asked not to come back- she didn’t seem well suited to the more intensive needs of end of life care. They immediately removed her from the schedule and worked to fill her shifts moving forward. Thank you all for your assistance in helping our beloved mom to be home and comfortable when she passed.

Teresa from Home Instead did a great job caring for our father in law Bill. He is now 92 and was very grateful for the help, kindness and the way that Teresa was able to help him on days that his family could not be with him. We would highly recommend Home Instead. From Teresa the care giver to Kathy the coordination team to Riley in the office thank you for helping us out with the transition of Bill needing more care and help.

My father hurt himself and was in a skilled nursing rehab. I asked two home health companies to come and evaluate him for extra care, but only one showed up. Home Instead! Everyone I've talked with at Home Instead has been pleasant and professional, and I believe their caretakers really helped him to recover. Recently, I needed help on a trip (for a funeral) and Home Instead was able to assist my father again. Their care worker was great. Highly recommend Home Instead!
