I recently visited Cogir of Tigard while exploring options for my grandmother, who may be moving from California to Oregon, and I left incredibly impressed. What stood out most was how caring and patient the staff were with the residents. As residents were making their way to lunch, team members took the time to answer questions, offer support, and make sure everyone felt comfortable. It never felt rushed or transactional you could genuinely see the compassion and respect they have for the people who live there. I was also amazed by how much activity and engagement was happening throughout the community, especially for a newer community. There was a wonderful energy in the building, with residents socializing, participating in activities, and staying connected. It felt vibrant, welcoming, and full of life. After spending time there, I can absolutely picture my grandmother thriving in this environment. If she decides to move to Oregon from California, Cogir of Tigard will be the place she calls home. Thank you to the entire team for creating such a warm, caring, and active community. It truly made a lasting impression.

We have had our Dad residing at Cogir in Tigard, Oregon since its opening in or around July, 2025. It was a big change for our family to say “goodbye “ to the home in Oregon we all had known once our Mom passed on. Dad decided to downsize. The experience we have had at “Cogir” in Tigard, Oregon has been beyond our expectations. Our Dad remains, active, fed, and continues to thrive in every way. We feel immensely blessed. I recently toured this community with Scott, and I was truly impressed. The community is absolutely beautiful and has so much to offer. The lounge area is warm and welcoming, and the mini golf course out back is such a fun and unique touch. Scott was wonderful throughout the tour—informative, friendly, and genuinely passionate about the community. I highly recommend checking this place out!

Lots of fun things to do. Yesterday we visited the tulip farm that is a great opportunity for taking photos. Today I went for a Cortizone injection and was assisted by two Cogir staff members. It’s a very caring staff here. We just had an ice cream with social The downside that kept it from a five stars rating is the cost Just Jayne

One of the great assisted living and memory care communities in our market. I loved how open, bright and inviting this community is. Even more so the same goes for Santine and Brittany who hosted us and lead this community.
