Love, love Forest Park! This hospice is truly amazing. We currently have a few residents in ALF at Oswego Place with Forest Park and all of the team members treat the residents with genuine kindness, respect and address any concerns or request right away. They also communicate with the community after each visit even for bathing. All of the team members have been wonderful to work with and have maintained to work with the same team. The consistency makes the residents feel more comfortable along with the facility team for quality of care for our residents. Family members have expressed how grateful they are for this hospice and helping them with their loved ones next chapter. Forest Park keep up the amazing work you all do and thank you for caring for our community. 💕

I absolutely recommend Forest Park hospice. My wife was under Forest Park hospice care for 34 months in our home. From the first month until the last they assisted me in caring for my sweetheart. The caregivers and nurses became like family and I am forever grateful for them. It was important to me that my wife had personized and dignified care. Forest Park provided that care for my wife and also for me in a difficult time. They are truly doing God's work.

Always have loved working with Forest Park! They have one specific nurse, Breanna, who is just incredible. Always so bubbly and optimistic about everything she does in our facility. She is just incredible. All of the CNAs and otherwise staff are also so supportive, kind, and dedicated to the care of residents/family. Definitely will be using them for any private family needs going forward. Would heavily suggest this company always for your family or loved ones!

I wasn't aware that my mother was close to her death when I arranged for memory care, but the facility had the foresight to engage your services a few months into her stay, and I was able to meet with the people who were caring for her a little while later. I was very impressed with how kind and thorough they were as I observed them over three weeks, and was very grateful that they were present when she passed away.

Forest Park Hospice provided wonderful care for my mom, who was in memory care. Since I am the only family member in state, it was such a comfort to hear that someone went to see her every day. Jolie, Sophie, Kathy and the others are so caring! I'm sorry I don't remember everyone's name but someone played music, helped with showers, and just sitting with her. Then Kathy walked me through everything to do after mom passed. That was invaluable! I highly recommend Forest Park!
